Delivery

  • Nairobi: same-day delivery by rider on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • Rest of Kenya: courier delivery in 1-3 working days.
  • Pick up: collect your order from us in Nairobi, Kenya for free.
  • Delivery is free on orders of KES 10,000 or more. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

We'll call or text the phone number on your order when it's on the way, so please make sure it's correct.

Returns and exchanges

  • You can return or exchange unworn items with their tags within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items can be exchanged for a different size but not refunded.
  • Refunds go back to the M-Pesa number you paid with, within 3 working days of us receiving the item.
  • If something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll cover the cost of sending it back.
